You are here

March 1,  2018:

Phoenix will be available as a visitor instrument at Gemini South for Semester 2018B.  See the Call for Proposals for details.

We recommend that potential users of Phoenix visit the Phoenix webpages at NOAO for the most up-to-date information regarding Phoenix, including an Integration Time Calculator.

Phoenix is no longer offered at Gemini.  It was returned to NOAO in 2011.

Phoenix will be removed from the Gemini South telescope in January 2011.  See the Science Operations announcement for more information.

Phoenix will be available for normal queue and classical observing at Gemini South in Semester 2008A. See the current Call for Proposals for details.

Phoenix was removed from operations in the 2007A semester but was brought back into use at Gemini South in 2007B after a special call for proposals was issued in May, 2007.
