Mobile and fixed gantry cranes.
The three MK gantry cranes are shown in the FTZ yard in Hilo. These
will be used in instrument handling. The fixed gantry crane (round
tubes) will be mounted to the observing floor. The two mobile cranes
have castors and are extendible in height. One will go in the
instrument assembly area on the summit, the other in the Hilo base
facility. The CP gantry cranes are in transit.
